I Hate Comcast And You Should Too
My internet has been failing at life recently. My internet provider is Comcast. I had planned on not taking sides on the “Big Ten Network” issue. I thought both the cable company and the Big 10 were basically screwing the fan. They both are, but screw Comcast, I like having the internet be reliable. So, I’m going to embed a couple videos involving Comcast. The first is Comcast’s hilarious attempt to smear the Big Ten Network. It’s like some awful political ad. All that’s missing is the words “I’m Comcast and I approved this message.” The second video is the reality of Comcast. I hate you so very much Comcast, so very very much.

The Big Ten is the Bully on the Block. don’t like comcast, but glad someone is standing up to the Big Ten. They are why there is no football playoff.

I made an appoitment at the local office in Aspen, Colorado. Was told the service installer would be able to do the install the next day from 1:00pm to 5:oopm. He never showed. I called the 800 number and was told the person who took my order gave me the wrong date. So I just took a half day off work for nothing and you want me to do it again.. FORGET IT! The saying that a happy customer tells one other person and an unhappy one tells ten, I will be telling everyone that will listen about the poor service I got from Comcast.

I’m waiting for the Comcast guy to show up to downgrade my TV service - he’s supposed to be here between 8am-11am. It’s 10:23am. If the guy doesn’t show up by 11am, when he finally DOES show up, I’m going to tell him to yank everything. I despise Comcast. They do not respect my time. You’d think after all these years they’d employ late-evening techs. I’ve taken time off of work for these techs only to have them show up 2 hours AFTER the 4 hours I already waited for them. DSL and Direct TV, here I come!

I just turned the Tv on to watch the NFL playoffs and its not on. I will be cancelling Comcast, and I probably won’t watch another NFL game the rest of my life. I am disgusted.

We live in a condo and one of the services provided was Comcast TV. We tried it, found the signal quality and programming lacking. Went back to DirecTV. The condo Assoc canceled Comcast. Now Comcast is billing me directly for a service I’ve never used. Have called twice and have been told they will resolve the issue. so far I continue to be billed for no service.
We originally went with DirecTV because we couldn’t get comcast to repair the cable on the pole. Called for over a year. They claimed it was repaired. When we discontinued the servce the deinstaller came out to disconnect at the pole. He shouted down to me, “hey did you know the conector is broken up here” I responded I did and had been trying to get it repaired for over a year:-( Talk about customer no service….. Comcast SUCKS!!!!
