Ms. Wie finished second to last. (An amateur was the one player to finish behind her.) She didn’t record a single birdie in the event. She finished at 17 over. The event was the Casio World Open at the world-renowned Kuroshio Country Club.
I mean, my God! Let’s give the whole playing with the men thing a rest for a bit. The Casio World Open? Jeeze lady. I don’t usually like mocking teenage girls, but this is getting ridiculous. If she just played on the Women’s tour I’m sure people — including myself — would be less critical. Mostly because they wouldn’t be paying attention.
