Quick Hits: Big People Baseball

by Albert Bianchi on August 27th, 2007

Tigers 5, Yankees 4 - Bobby Seay gets his first win in six years as the Tigers bullpen throws almost 8 innings in relief after Jair Jurrjens injurrjed jimself.

Red Sox 11, White Sox 1 - The Red Sox outscored their bleached counterparts 46-7 over the four-game sweep. This is mainly attributed to the fact that the White Sox are very, very bad.

Rangers 5, Mariners 3 - Vincente Padilla pitched well. I don’t know what to think.

D-backs 5, Cubs 4 - Chris Young the Diamondback hit two home runs. Chris Young the pitcher isn’t on either of the teams.
