What Shaun Alexander Is Up To
And the good deeds just keep on coming. I promise, all my post will not be about good deeds. But at least there are good deeds that sports figures are doing.
Shaun Alexander, running back for no particular team at the moment, is doing other things besides football. His foundation is giving $20,000 worth of clothes and athletic gear to 3 different non-profit organizations in Seattle.
Good job Shaun. Now maybe a team like the Cincinnati Bengals, who need good people, will sign you. Yes you are older than they would want and maybe your career just might be over but let the good deeds continue to happen in Cincinnati. Pick up the phone Marvin. Maybe his good deeds will rub off on the other teammates and we will begin to not have to mention “jail time” or “punching women in the face” when we talk about the Bengals. No? Don’t think it will happen? Sorry, just wishful thinking on my part.
