It is pleasing to me to see that the Cowboys have apparently bought wholeheartedly into this “Jessica Jinx.” Now, TO has decided to speak out because no one has paid attention to him recently.
“Right now, Jessica Simpson is not a fan favorite — in this locker room or in Texas Stadium,” Owens said Wednesday.
Owens added, “Bros before hos, dude, everyone knows that.”
“With everything that has happened, obviously with the way Tony played and the comparison between her and Carrie Underwood, I think a lot of people feel she has taken his focus away,” Owens said, echoing the chatter on sports-talk radio and blogs. “Other than that, she was high on my list until last week.
“Oh, I got a message for her when we make the playoffs. Just stay tuned.”
Considering the Cowboys have already clinched the division, that last sentence made no sense whatsoever. It was a bit too angry as well. Perfect. This is the next step of Jessica Simpson destroying the Cowboys: jealous-for-media-attention TO making vague statements. Next step: Wade Phillips and Joe Simpson start hanging out. [Sinister laugh.]
