Favre!
You know what? I am not ashamed of my Brett Favre man-crush. And I’m getting kind of sick of everyone complaining about announcers’ man-crushes. He’s Brett Favre. He’s awesome. Sometimes he throws the ball into coverage. Sometimes he throws touchdowns. He always throws the ball really hard. And I like that. When last night’s game went into overtime he was all like, screw it, let’s go home. He heaved that mofo. He’s like what Rex Grossman would be like if Rex Grossman was remotely good at football. So, I like Brett Favre. Get over it. I’m jaded about way too many other things to get worked up about people liking Brett Favre too much. Not when there’s Ohio State fans and New Englanders out there!
And you might as well admit you like Brett Favre, too. You’re not fooling anyone.
Also, I kind of wish Kornheiser had asked Favre’s wife what she thought about his There’s Something About Mary cameo. When you’re the Worldwide Leader, you have to ask the tough questions.

I was so tired at the end of the game, I just wanted to hug Brett for ending the OT so quickly. It was a brilliant play!
