5 Gifts For Dad on Daddy’s Day

Happy Father’s Day fathers! Did you get gifts? Did you get something outside of a tie? Hey kids. Did you forget that today is Father’s Day? Well I’m here to help all the forgetful ones on what to get daddy for dad’s day. As much fun as cash as a gift could be, this is a sports blog. So let’s discuss 5 gifts to give Dad today.

1.  Court-side seats to game 5 of the NBA Finals. Asking to much? Hey, if not for his little guys, you wouldn’t be here. Yes you might go broke with this gift, but that’s why you still have your old room at the house you grew up in.

2.  Brett Favre. Of course not the real Brett but go to your local Barnes & Noble or Amazon.com. Search the sports section in books or the DVD’s. You’ll find a plethora of Brett Favre memorabilia. If Dad’s a fan, he’ll love it. If not, give him darts as well.

3.  A Starter Jacket. HAH! Kidding. But a jersey, coat, or something from his favorite team apparel line just might do it for him. MLB.com, NFL.com, NBA.com, etc. can help you out on this.

4.  Flat Screen TV. Better to watch the games on. They are like pieces of art mounted on the wall. He’ll thank you every time you’re over.   

5.  You. Not getting sappy but Dad would love to get a visit from you today. Especially if you have one of the above with you.

So go say hi to Dad today. See him, call him, whatever.
